The weekend of May 16-18, 2014 will be our 2nd event of our new park series. We are very happy to announce plans for our Adventure Challenge Series in 2014 at Adventure Offroad Park & Nature Center. While this series will progress into various forms, our main focus in 2014 will be on the Extreme 4x4 vehicles. We will run a series of 5 events with 1 or 2 challenges per event that will test both driver and machine. We will score each competitor based on time and have a points system with a top 5 points payout at the end of the series. Each event will have a $2500 payout to the top 3 finishers. The series championship purse will be $20,000.00 and be paid to the top 5 in points at the series end.

***ADVENTURE CHALLENGE SERIES*** The 2nd event of this series is just a month away. All of the 45 drivers that entered the first will be automatically put back on the list to race the 2nd event, if they wish. Anyone else wanting a shot at the races must email their name to [email protected] and they will be added to the alternate list. The top 20 in points have a guaranteed starting spot in both challenges in the 2nd event. All others will race for 12 spots in the first challenge to fill the 32 driver field in the second challenge. Each event currently has a minimum of $6000.00 payout per event and a minimum of $20,000.00 for the points championship. That's a cool $50,000.00 on the line. One Park......One Series

If lc timed out and some else climbed the 2nd hill, how did he get 2nd and not the guy that made the 2 nd hill ?

Because the guy that made the second hill did not make the first and LC was faster on the first hill. It is combined time on both hills

Re:

If they start the hill but time out or do not finish they get a 500 sec time. So LC got 525 for the day. Since Jason broke an axle and timed out on the first Hill then climbed the 2nd in something like 120+ seconds. He end the day with 620+ (not sure on his exact time) and didn't place for the day.
