What caused the title to be rebuilt? Flood,theft,or wrecked? Also what kind of 4" lift comes with it? New or used??

It was hit in the front. I have all the paperwork showing what all was done as well as the froms showing it passed all inspections and is good to go.

It is a used 4" pro comp lift.

10k wont get it . Im thinking about throwing the lift on with some wheels and tires and see if that makes a difference.

Basically giving it away. After the lift and tires, Ill prob put cheap smittybuilt bumpers on it. At that point I may keep it. Just need a 4 door truck
