Pre-registration is required for the full payout. If the winner of the event has not pre-registered for the event. Then the payout will be divided be only 50% of the purse.

Pre-registration will end two weeks before the date of the event.

Competition fee's will be refunded, if we are given at least a two week notice of cancellation,

I have never been to Harlan, but y'all local folks need to support this better! If it was in Alabama or Tennessee and open to all participants the drivers list would be 60 people long :****:

Last year I had like 3 on the list beforehand and ended up with about 40 that wanted to compete - until they seen the hill...then that number dropped to about 13...

Seems like everyone wants to tell ya about 3 days before hand if they're going to compete or can't. My issue is that I have to pay 1k for insurance 2 weeks ahead of time...
