Started life as a 2008 RZR 800 with an s kit added. After a little accident the frame was toast and upon further inspection was not salvageable. Thus the buggy was born. Sub frame was built with .25" 2x2 square tubing. The rest of the chassis is .120 wall DOM with a few erw .090 pieces used where there is no structural load but needed for aesthetics. This chassis is severe overkill for something its size but after the factory frame gave out I didn't want to worry about it ever again. Only reason I'm selling is I found a full size rig I would rather have.
Specs:
800 motor with Alba 2mm bore kit and Power Commander 5 with auto tune. Custom exhaust with Yoshi muffler off a busa. Has a larger radiator that has been relocated to the rear.
Super atv high clearance S A arms with new bushings and rear offset
Rhino axles all around with a spare front and rear
Rackzilla steering rack with sleeved tie rods
SATV EZ-Steer Power Steering
1000 front diff
1000 seats with slider under the drivers seat
4 point driver 5 point passenger harnesses
Full one piece UHMV skid plate
Wheel base stretched to 89 in
27x9 rocktane tires on 14 STI beadlocks
Switch Pro to control all lights, turn signal, horn
Led light bar and scene pods front and light bar rear all from High Beam Off-road
Led headlights wired into the factory harness to turn on with the factory switch with fog lights toggled by the Switch Pro
Blue led rock lights
Optima battery
Turn signals and horn
Custom aluminum fuel cell
I have aluminum roof panels to match the rest of the body panels
Wet Sounds Stealth 10 radio
Glass windshield
Fox Shocks off a 900XP. Rear tender springs moved to the front. Factory 1000S springs with tenders on the rear.

Cons:
The rear passenger axle rubs the boot on the new SATV arms. I believe this is because the motor mounts on the passenger side and rear axle are worn out. Worse case the motor mount could have a spacer put under it to raise the motor slightly. As I have time I will be addressing this.
Camber needs to be adjusted. I have not had time since putting the new A arms on to get them adjusted perfectly.
Motor has a knock. Doesn't affect power any but you will hear it.
I have found something else I want. 9500 OBO call or txt Grant 615-972-1075
I have pictures from all through the build as well will post more pics in the next few days.
