If cropping them down doesn't work, you may have to download tapatalk or retake the photos at a lower resolution

I was seeing the same problem earlier. Says uploader is full

You might try getting the pictures on your screen.....then doing a PRINT SCREEN / PASTE option in your MS PAINT or whatever picture editor, then saving. Quality will probably suffer, but I've done that in a pinch sometimes.
