Radiator Shroud Question

What do you think of this design? Two 14" fans on a 26" wide core.
I like how it will direct the hot out towards the sides instead of on the fuel cell ( Or propane tanks in my case )
Would having that big a void between the fans and the radiator cause the fans not to work as efficiently as if they were closer?

My guess would be that setup would work better since it gives air in the corners and not right inline with the fan blades more room to get into the fans. It should be more efficient with the fans being able to pull air across the entire core.

No idea, but I like it.

Won't hurt a thing except one detail.... if one fan stops working you'll lose any effect from the other....

A roll of duct tape would fix that tho....
