Tuning doesn't have to be hard. We can help!

Custom Shock Valving:
Busted Knuckle Offroad offers custom shock valving by Jake Burkey! You will need to take your shocks, and mail them to us. We will then perform a custom valving swap on your shocks and send them back.

Standard Shim Stacks:
Years of shock tuning experience makes us top notch at finding the perfect balance for your suspension ride! We build standard shim stacks for any manufactuer using the highest quality shims. Please locate the shim stack/stacks you would like from the charts below. We also carry Fox Charts online.

Yes, if you send them in we will tune them. We will need to have good videos of the rig driving, so we can determine which way to go with the valving.

We can slow the rebound down in the back. It will help some, but anytime you hit a bump that is smaller than your wheel base there is a high potential for a nose dive.
Also, keep in mind you really do not want to tune for that scenario unless you are constantly hitting jumps. It would be best to be tuned where you spend 90% of your time offroading.

He doesn't have a Rev limiter, but if he did......it'd be worn out.

Jake is right. That isn't your shocks doing that. Next time don't chop the throttle until the rear tires leave the ground. Also give it more throttle. Just like back in the day when you used to jump bicycles. Difference is now your throttle pedal is pulling up on the handle bars. Takes some seat time to get it dialed in.
