Material wise

Find some heims that fit your budget, lots of sales going on for christmas

find material to make links with. 2x2 1/4 wall square works for lowers, or just whatever you can find for cheap. Steel prices are pretty cheap now, so look at salvage/scrap yards for some heavy wall ****

Wait until RuffStuff has a christmas sale and get their front and rear 3/4link kits. They would work good enough for your rig and come with everything you need. brackets, heims, link material, etc.

2x2 1/4 square tube for links. Search for Heiman on sale.

I kept bending my 2x2 1/4 wall square tube lower links. About 40" eye to eye and under a ~4200lb rig. Switched to 2.25" x 3/8" DOM and it has held up great.

Dollar for dollar 2x2 is hard to beat on tight budget. But yes there are stronger materials available.

I agree 100%. Ruffstuff makes the square adapters for 1.25" heims. My uppers are 2x2. (overkill yes i know)

There ya go. I started off by inputting measurements of where it would be easiest to mount to and have enough clearance. After that, start tweaking locations until you have good numbers. Watch this, https://youtu.be/BTWZgVx8Y6o, do that and you should be in good shape

Oh, and keep using that graph paper or you'll end up with a big mess like I did. Lol
