So I just wanted to share what is a killer customer service instance that never happens these days. I had a k&n filter in my f350 and pulled it out to clean it, went by the steps on the recharge kit and mind you this filter probably doesn't have 15k miles, anyway under the garden hose spigot I rinsed it and washed the filter media out! A quick google search said they have a 10 year million mile warranty with registration. I thought I had hit a dead end and thought what the hell I will just call them up. I'd say within an 8 minute conversation with a very nice clearly speaking English lady I had a email to return photos of the filter and start a claim. So I returned pictures and two days later I have a confirmation email on a filter being shipped my way, they didn't ask for proof of original purchase or any hassle! I would definitely recommend if you have any issues give these folks a call!
