Mopar problems

I recently bought my wife another JK, the Uconnect system just blanks out and turns back to default settings, and the screen turns blue. I had the dealer to replace it once but it still does the same thing. I also had a 2014 Ram that did the same thing. Anyone with Mopar Knowledge have any idea what causes this? Thanks in advance

The reason it won't connect is, it knows it is not connected to a real vehicle

Shane, you know I'm just kidding with you about Yotas, I couldn't help myself...

The system worked fine in every way, it screen just went blue and wouldn't do anything...same thing happened to my old truck. I was just wondering if anyone had any info about what causes this or just a factory defect..

I know sir. I was thinking it might be a phone paired issue, but sounds like the head unit went out.

Toyota's don't have time to climb, cause we too busy recovering jeeps lol
