I wanted a 4 seater buggy that has plenty of room for 4 adults that didn't look like a school bus.
This was built at Rockwood off-road. Smurfy 90 and I put in some long nights on this build.
Specs
08 5.3
Th350
205
60 front
14 rear
Fox Coil overs
Air bumps
42 pitbulls

Now I got it at my house to finish up. Maybe it won't take to long.

Mounted my carrier bearing for my two piece drive shaft today, I had to buy a new grinder before I got it finished.
Makita grinders are junk

The pic of the carrier is confusing my head. Can you take another angle?
The bearing is being held in place by a temp weld but it will be supported be the bushings?

Yea I got to take it loose and grind off the weld and previous mount. I had it tacked there while I built the new mounts.

I had to redo the mount, does this look like it will be ok? It's close on the starter but I don't think the poly mounts give much.
What about angle? This is at full bump. Gonna check full droop maybe tomorrow.

I like the ideal of a little give built in to the mount in case something flex's... but I know nothing of how things are "supposed" to be done.

I'm limited to where I can put it. I may just take the starter off and put in a pull rope start .

This is at full droop. Anyone see anything that might give problems?
