I'm in the market for a toy hauler. Bumper pull or gooseneck, nothing huge but the bigger the fresh water capacity the better for camping away from hookups.

Something along the lines of a VRV, Livin Lite, Featherlite, Sundowner style.

How big of a garage area do you need?

Minimum of 12

Ok just curious. While it is not a nice/new as the ones you mentioned, I currently have a 2000 Fleetwood Wilderness SUT (26A) Toy Hauler that I'd consider selling. It's a 26 foot bumper pull with a 13 foot garage (with 71 inch tall opening/gate) and 50 gallon fresh water tank. Sleeps 6, full kitchen, fridge/freezer, separate toilet/sink/shower in the bathroom, and ac/heat.

Let me know if you'd like more info on mine.

I got a 28' enclosed trailer and a 30 pack of Niagara water I'll sell you?

Just a trailer or any living quarters?

Trailer with lights, power outlets, and storage up in the v-nose. Plenty of room to add in some living quarters built however you wanted.

It's just an enclosed trailer without living quarters, but does have cold rooftop ac built in. I do have it listed for sale though.
