Had this about a year and a half. It has not been pulled many miles. Maybe 1000 plus its trip from OK to NC when it was built. Used it for a summer on my farm to dry camp on the weekends, but sold my RZR after I had surgery and do no ride anymore.

40' overall. 14' living quarters plus 8' over the neck and 18' toy hauler

-Has around 70 or 80 gallons of fresh water storage, can't remember for sure but I had a extra tank put in under the sofa/bed to dry camp. Think its
40 or 50 and a 30 under the sink.

-40 gallon black tank (IIRC)

-Cummins Onan generator will run everything with a 20 gallon fuel tank. Has a little over 400 hours. Serviced and runs great.

-30 amp with rv cord

-A/C with vents everywhere in the roof, and bed area

-electric or gas heat
-microwave
-gas range
-fridge works on electric or propane
-water heater is gas or electric
-2 propane tanks in the front enclosure
-gas grill quick connect under awning
All led lights inside and out

-Cabinets are custom Alder wood, not cheap RV cabinets
-RV queen mattress with pad
-soft touch leather walls

7k Dexter axles with brakes on both
-Michelin tire upgrade with matching spare wheel and tire
-Dual electric over hydraulic jacks which will operate independently
-steel rollers on the year to keep
From dragging

Hauler part has extruded aluminum floor with D rings
-smooth aluminum walls.

Dimensions

92" door opening
98" inside width
81.5" inside fenders
87" tall at the door opening 91" everywhere else
17' 6" floor length

I hauled a ranger crew with a grill and alot of junk and it worked well. Trailer is rated for plenty of weight for a buggy if it would fit.

-weighs around 10k and pulls great

Had a RV type toyhauler for a couple years and sold it due to bedside clearance. These trailers are made
So much better than cheap fifth wheels and lighter weight. Also lost a ton money on the Voltage. TheseTrailers will hold value better

Paid just over $70k garage kept
Until the last few months its on my farm in Piney Creek, NC.

Winterized and ready to go.
$58,000

Have you sold your trailer yet? I would make you a offer if you have not sold. I would give you $45000 and come and get it. Thanks!

Thanks but I was offered more than that to trade it for a horse trailer. I do not need to sell thumb.gif
