How do ya'll listen to music when on the trail? It never fails, no service, can't stream anything. I'm too cheap to buy a ton of music. Do people still use torrents, limewire, etc..? i can't imagine that cd's work out well....although it would be fun seeing someone flip through a giant cd binder while going up boat ramp.

I just enjoy listening to my 4-piece band of squirrels singing a lovely tune.

I flipped over on Lower 2 (Tellico) in the middle of the night and dropped a HUGE CD binder (unzipped of course) out of my truggy... silty- mud-water filled it's silvery innards and somewhat ironically, the only CD that was in my glovebox and survived was Puddle of Mudd...

:gay:

My last 2 rigs I didn't even have a speakers.

But I have an external hard drive, a bunch of USB jump drives, and Ipod shuffles (the tiny ass one with no screen) that have 10000000 songs on them that I acquired "back in the day", so I could make do with a day of trail tunes, just nothing that has been released in the last decade.

Spotify allows for you to "like" tunes as they are played when connected to WiFi or internet through a tower.
Then, I've been able to play from this list that's created of favorites while in airplane mode.
I do this when traveling quite a bit (run it in airplane mode) to save on data.
I've paid for the app's premium level I think. That may be required to have this capability but I love it.

I have never liked music while riding, it's peaceful just riding and listening to the heim joints sqeak

I do agree that'd I'd prefer an open header v8. But an open header 4.0 sounds like ass in a paper bag.

I'll probably just suck it up and go with Spotify or something. Somewhere, I have all of my music saved off of my old iPod...I wonder where that is hiding.

next to the file labeled "guy on guy porn"

you've seen my set up. I just buy a couple albums off itunes and go from there. A friend of mine went with me once and they had Pandora premium and it worked at BKORP where you couldnt even send a text half the time.

Funny story.

Buddy of mine burned me a copy of mcafee back when I was in high school. He put it on a disc, labeled it in giant bold sharpee letters "GAY PORN"

My stepdad(ex military, raised in Oakland, black belt)came down stairs and saw it sitting on my desk. Absolutely lost his mind. Starting cussing me, breaking stuff, raising fifteen kinds of hell. I laughed hysterically and stuck it in the computer to show him what it was.

Fast forward years later, suspicions confirmed, he was a cross dresser.

Half of the reason my love for wheeling in public has weakened is people blaring coon tunes. It ruins my whole damn day...
I actually had a similar conversation with 5bros a while back. I don't do the loud music thing. I enjoy listening to some during trail riding and such at a reasonable volume. But loud music makes me anxious when I'm trying to concentrate on anything. It will quickly ruin my day.

I hate it when someone behind me has their jungle jams so loud I can't even talk to my passenger.

My wife said if I slam on my brakes one more time and threaten to start a fight because of that she isn't riding with me anymore :****:

**** boils my blood
