I have 1 of these left. These are 7' T connectors that allow you to plug your 7 way round gooseneck trailer plug into the bed and/or the bumper. This particular part # fits several GM and Ford models as well as 09-10 Dodge Ram trucks.

Bump. $40 shipped a piece. These are really nice for pulling gooseneck or 5th wheel trailers.
 
One has been sold. One still available. $40 shipped is the lowest I can go. It cost $15 to ship it out.
