Should I buy this?

I have come across a Miller Auto Arc Quick Cut 4500 used for $540. Before I buy I wanted to ask if any of you guys have experience with this machine or know of any issues I should be wary of. This just seems like too good of a deal.

Anyone have experience with this machine? Would you buy it?
