Yes it has insurance and a tag. I have driven it on the street some, but it takes some practice due to it having a spool in the rear end. If this was going to be a daily it would need the spool replaced.

I have been to the Cove a few times, the river only flows in one direction. The navigation is mindless you are either going upstream or downstream.
