OK i screwed up. While replacing the timing chain i did not mark distributor and slightly turned the cam sprocket. I did some home work but nothing seems to be in plain english. How should the cam sprocket and crank sprocket line up in reference to the distributor on a 22re i do understand TDC.
Just an FYI the Rangers were enforcing passes for all vehicles and are in full force with the Sheriff. They were checking our rigs over also. I got a good tounge lashing for my fenders. Play safe have a good time!
I just installed new hoses and drained fluid from my power steering pump. After reinstalling and refilling system i now have the infamous squeak if i press brakes to hard or steer to tight. (78 gmc c3500 6.6l 400) It did not do this before. Any t-shooting tips?
My GF has a 98 aspire i noticed it kind of hesitates and studers if you realy dont get the rpm's up when you up shift. Can you check the fuel pressure to make sure it is int the pump. My gues was TPS but sounds like you covered that? Good Luck!
