Suck it butter cup lol. You could drag a small trailer and switch tires but that seems :gay: If you wont drive on tires just because they are stickies then this probably wouldn't be the event for you. Heating up stickies to make a obstacle probably does more damage than driving 500 miles.
Everyone "qualifies" just different classes. Unlimited guys are going 200+ mph so there is no such thing as overbuilt. Yes these cars are absolutely a stretch to being street legal especially here in PA but there getting away with it and its awesome.
The entire idea behind drag week, sick week, ultimate adventure, trail to sema etc is to leave the tow rig and trailer behind and drive your junk. Road miles are what adds to the adventure. Not very exciting to watch a bunch trailered rigs hit obstacles and then load back up.

@whiskeymakin if you have no tig experience look into the Lincoln Square wave 200. While the othe options are good it will be much easier to learn when your not chasing other settings such as AC freq, balance etc. etc. It will be a much easier machine to learn on.
