Dont sweat it joe... I bent a piece of 1.5" 120 wall and it kinked the tube and bent the ram i got 80 degrees on my degree finder, and you have to disassemble the bender to get the tube out... i dont know if im doing something wrong but any help would be great!!!

W e took it out this weekend and broke 1 rear axle but put in another and kept playing, i went behind 2 other trucks in the mud pits with tractor tires and they both buried up!!! we blew through it so i was very happy .... and rode trails all weekend ;D but i will still do the upgrades...

I've searched and got no results but i have a cj7 with a 496ci 691 HP on 2.5 rockwells and CUT 54" Boggers have any of yall heard of a upgrade on the front output shaft on the 205?? OR do yall think it will live??? any input would be great......ps i will have the oversons in them soon...
