Membership Information

We handle membership on an invite-only basis. The club is small by design, and membership is extremely limited. A 100% vote is required to add or remove members. We hold monthly meetings, as well as recurring rides and workdays. Many of our rides are held out of state, so having the ability to travel is a must.

Member Evaluations

We require that all prospective members go through an evaluation period. The purpose of this is to allow members the opportunity to make informed decisions regarding potential members, as apposed to hearsay and rumors. There is no set duration for evaluation periods, they can last anywhere from weeks to months.

Membership Inquires

We appreciate hearing from interested candidates, but we do not take formal membership requests. We handle membership proactively, and will contact prospects to invite them on club trips as a part of their evaluation period.

Membership Dues

We do not have set fees/dues; instead we split up all costs among the members. Expenses include logo items, SFWDA dues, website fees, etc.

Club Officers

We do not have officers, instead we delegate duties based on interest and experience. Our philosophy is that if something interests you, run with it.
