How do you guys running fuel cells vent them? I have a fitting for it on my cell, and supposedly a "rollover valve" built into it and I'm curious how I should go about venting it. little filter on the top of the fitting? run it to the stock charcoal canister? run a line to the top of the cage and vent it there?

mine has a vent tube coiled in one of the rear storage containers hahahaha pretty sure thats not the "correct" way to do it but it works

loopdy loop so to speak.... Just take some 3/8 hose and wind it around so any fuel that sloshes out of the rollover valve will just sit in the hose...

basically how mine is:awesomework: , it just sits inside one of the built in metal containers my rig has

Nutin--but you can put a small plastic filter on it--but the end is at the bottom of the rig. I have done 4 rigs like this with zero problems...

Many rigs are done this way and it works OK usually but eventually that fuel traped in the lines gets out....
There's no perfect way to do it but in all of the years I've had mine never a drop spilled.

Is a 1/4 turn valve the only thing you run on the end? no little filter or anything?

No there is a vent end kind of like a filter.......The down side to mine is if you're upside down and unconsience(sp) and the rollover valve leaks then you could loose fuel. If you're not knocked out just reach up and turn the valve.

I looped mine behind the cell then ran it out the tub.

So you're not relying on the tipover to be a vent? If there's fuel in the loop it can't. What are you doing for a vent?
