Hi all,

The Seattle Cruiserheads Land Cruiser club did a small club run of the Busy Wild on Saturday, January 4th. I did not take a lot of photos since I was driving, so hopefully some of the other guys will post some pics.

It was a cold, but beautiful day at Elbe Hills. Despite all the rigs we saw in the parking lot, we encounter almost no others on the Busy.

Being so cold, the mud was partially frozen. But the mud holes still had plenty of water underneath the ice! :redneck:

My FJ40 sunk in this hole near the end of the trail; the front diff was plowing mud while winching out!

Hi all,

Nope, that is one of the holes near the end of the trail.

Of the two rigs that tried it, both high-centered in the muck, and had to be winched out. Unfortunately, got some mud into the bell housing on my rig, which fried the clutch on the drive home! :frown:

Yep looks like the busy. Did you take the bypass around the holes at the bottom?

This was my first time on the Busy. It was a blast! Sorry you ended up losing your clutch Alan. Since I was driving I didn't get pics either.

Next time you guys run down at Elbe shoot me a PM, it would be fun to go on a run with a bunch of other Cruisers. :awesomework:
