Hello everyone :awesomework: Well I recently got a 97 Grand Cherokee, front end started making noise after backing out of my driveway, front left started popping. If I drive it, when it hits 40 front end starts to shake/vibrate, wheel shakes, theres some noise as well. I belive its the CV axle, or ball joint? Any ideas?

ALSO. Does anyone have info on this jeep? If its a POS or know the story behind it. Got it in a trade for a tboned lexus.

Could be CV or UJ. Or bearing. I believe those are i.e. unit bearings. Or steering. Or brakes. Or unibody cracking. Or.......:cheer:

Cause its a picture of a jeep and my user is ChevyGuy? :stirpot:

Lots of lights, stinger, wench, tube fenders, Halo headlights?, and the blue in front made it look like a pavement princess lol so I was like all that and it only sees pavement... S'all good though :awesomework:.

:haha: Just got it a little over a week ago. Replacing this driveline then going to have some fun!

Im going to remove the corner lights on the rack, and that blue crap is the chevron sign reflecting haha. :redneck:

Doubtful, but that thread showed basically the reasons for doing the swap---known issues with the 249, cost of repairing vs the swap...
IMO, I think the CV jointed style driveline is marginal at best in stock form....Throw large tires on the biotch and you have a ticking timebomb! :redneck:
