Engine cage. Show me what your working with.

Engine cages. Lets see yours or your favorite.
For you guys that build do you consider the engine cage part of the structure of the front end or just a hood to protect the engine In a roll over. since I'm doing my out of .120 hrew I'm thinking solid mounting it with removable tabs from shock hoop to shock hopp then to firewall would add a considable amount of strength. But easier to put on and off with poly bushings. Thoughts??

I have used these football shape tube flanges on all the chassis I built so far. They just suck when it comes time to remove the engine cage.

You have a build thread. I like the front end a little something different.
