The plugs for the windshield on the inside, are they both in?

Are you not getting enough air flow??

Did you check the ducting under the dash to the defrost, to make there was not a hole in it or something?

Do a search for blower motor upgrades on CJs. You can install a blower from a chevy truck but I don't know what year to get. I'm sure there's info on the interweb somewhere. Other than that, make sure the seal on the bottom of the windshield frame is in good shape.

Btw, nice rig!

if i remember right he said when he puts it on defrost, the air comes out from the defrost vents AND the floor vents.

if a chevy blower motor will work then you know between robbie and i we probably have it lol.

You should also check the linkage for the defroster cable. When the defrost cable is pulled all air should go to the defrost duct.

The chev heater motor bolts up the the stock airbox but the firewall hole must be enlarged. Use a mid 70s to early 80s pickup or blazer motor.
