I would use x code ford springs and this hanger kit for the front, and their box kit (pitman arm, swaybar pieces, and drop brackets) and bilsteins and then sell your complete kit to get some money back, or you could reuse your parts and hope to sell just your springs and for the back probably 5...

No I am not running them, I have SkyJacker's 8 inch all spring kit with Bilsteins and the ride is horrible. I would like to upgrade to Icon springs.

Go with new tires and rims, it is only going to become more difficult to find tires for 16.5 rims. Supposedly Interco is going to continue to make 16.5s but I think everybody else is discontuing them. I am facing the same dilema with my superduty.
