"idle is way too fast" says vacuum leak to me.. if it was ignition,or fuel it wouldnt idle too fast.

the rear axle is pretty strong. its weakness is the 16 or 19 spline shafts. you can use mid 70s 14 bolt detroit side gears and axles in that housing.the cool thing is,that housing is round on the bottom...slides over stuff alot easier than a regular 14 bolt.

ive never been a fan of the art carr style gate shifter.i dislike the big giant gates,,i have to side with darren b&m prostick or hurst quarter stick with reverse lockout removed.so you can get to reverse very quickly,or back to forward.

my diamond eye 4" exhaust came from them :)

FYI your stock 4" pipe is good to 500+ HP...just delete the cat and get a high flow muff...

i previously couldnt comment on my hankook dynapro ATs in wet and mud stuff..this weekend went to naches for the weekend,towing my 26' toy hauler..rained all the way there,and when we got to the camp it was all muddy..much to my amazement i didnt have to use 4wd.and my truck has an open diff in...

dynapro ATs on my rig...quiet,smooth..only had them this summer,cant comment on winter conditions yet..
