insulate, insulate, insulate. Both my barns are insulated roof and walls. I wouldn't have one that isn't. A lot less sweating in an insulated building. At a minimum insulate the roof. A buddy did that and finally went back and spray foamed the walls.

I have a Kubota ZD326 diesel with a 60" deck. It will flat mow. I mow about 5 acres twice a week when the grass is growing. Kubota makes a sold mower, I'd had a couple of them. We also use the same model to mow the middles of Christmas tree fields. They get beat and keep on trucking.

Thanks Man, I did a clean up and repaint in the spring. I don't think I ever posted a pic and put up my specs, I guess I got confused with the merger of the threads. I'm not looking to sell or really care whats its worth at this point.
