can you service the sparkplugs without having to remove the headers? That seems to be the complaint with most I have looked at.

I have a thermostat in one of my buggies, thermostat with the guts cut out in the other. Both run the same temperature on the trail and heat up in about the same time. Run what you want, I can't tell any difference.

Probably just sick of being good and taken advantage of.

2lb for disc 10lb for drum I have 3/4 master cylinders, 2lb residual valves, nylon brake lines run to -3 Kevlar lines on the axles with 1/2 ton calipers. Brakes are great. Maybe I got lucky? I am no expert.

Replace the stock k30 brakes with the same setup you have on the rear and add 2lb residual valves inline.

E85 will make more torque, but you will burn considerably more.
