    Fuel Cells

I had a tank like yours. I put a bulkhead fitting in the bottom. Connected it to steel line on the inside of the tank and then ran the line to the middle of the tank. I then put a t in and ran steel line to each side of the tank. I connected the ends to a fuel pick up on each side. This...

    Fuel Cells

I had rci crack twice. Second time I was going to return and they said they would go back over welds and take care of shipping. Instead I had a buddy reweld it for me and never had anymore problems.

    Hydraulic steering just quit

Is 100 psi max on the gauge? Was it maxed out when revved up? Reason I ask because I think power steering pumps operate around 1,200 psi or more.

    How far is far enough?

I've always waited to paint. Seems like there is always something that needs to be changed after a few test runs.

    Brakes

Got the 1" on the front. I finally have great brakes. Can lock all 4 tires up.

    Brakes

Put the 3/4 mc to the rear and the 7/8 back to the front and brakes are better. May try a 1" on the front.

    Wilwood break question

Re: Re: Wilwood break question 1 pedal with balance bar. Doesn't stop very well. With 7/8 f&r the pedal was stiff. With 3/4 f & 7/8 r pedal is softer but same issue with stopping.

    Wilwood break question

I'm in the same boat. Started with 7/8 mc front and rear. 1/2 ton brakes on rear stock 1 ton on front. Changed front mc to 3/4 as recommended by wilwood and added residual valves as recommended by several members on here. No noticeable change in brakes.

    Brakes

Update: Swapped the front mc from 7/8 to 3/4 and installed residual valves. Riding around the house can't tell much of a difference. Pedal feels a little more spongy. Also bleed the brakes as recommend.

    Steering

I've been using a tsc ram as well for years. It works ok. Just wanted to see if it would be worth it going to a double ended ram.

    Brakes

I'm running 4an braided hose. No hard line at all. I would have put residual valves but I figured my mc's were mounted high enough that it wouldn't matter.
