2006 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 SRW 4x4 WT. LBZ Duramax diesel engine. 6 speed Allison automatic transmission. 301k miles on the body. Engine was replaced at 220k by previous owner; replacement long block was from a totaled 100k mile truck that a tree fell on. Current mileage on engine is 180k. I have owned the truck for 5 years and have put 60k miles on it including annual trips to California towing 4,000 miles round trip. 16 mpg unloaded. 13 mpg with a small trailer to below 10 mpg if towing heavy and/or interstate.

Vinyl seats. Vinyl floor. Manual transfer case. Manual door locks. Aftermarket power windows of mediocre quality. Kenwood head unit with Bluetooth and MB Quart speakers. Banks air intake, intercooler, and 4" exhaust with OEM down pipe. Mild 75hp tune. LoadLifter 5,000 lb air bags on rear axle. New towing mirrors.

Recent work in the the past year includes: PSC power steering pump, high pressure steering lines, steering gear box, LMM hydroboost unit, Moog HD idler arm and pitman arm, XDP Radiator, Gates coolant hoses, idler pulleys, tensioner pulley, and accessory drive belt. Fresh batteries with receipts 10/2022. Alternator replaced in 2019. Fresh engine oil, oil filter, fuel filter, air filter, and transmission spin on filter.

Intermittent (DTC) check engine lights for P0540 Air intake heater "A" circuit; P0101 Mass air flow volume "A" circuit; P0672 Cylinder 2 glow plug circuit. All are soft codes and do not reduce power or affect driveability. Small rust spot on the rocker panel below the driver side rear door. Both sides of bed show damage from trailer contact. Driver seat could be replaced. Windows could be re-tinted. Power steering system still has a small leak from a braided hose near the center of the truck.

Brand new in box parts included: Gates water pump, Stant thermostats, front brake pads, B&W gooseneck hitch, and Transgo Jr shift kit. Overall the truck has cosmetic issues to be expected but mechanically a very reliable, strong truck. Perfect for a flatbed or as-is for a low cost diesel work truck.

Located in middle GA, 1.5 hrs south of Atlanta. I could also bring the truck and meet near Stony Lonesome in Bremen, AL.

$15,900 OBO
