Re: Re: 90's throw back....Manche build Thank you!...but I'm just a hobbyist too! Aside from keeping the engine area cleaner, it's as much a style thing as anything, and I enjoy doing it. If I race the bed will be removed, and honestly don't feel there is any reason to pull the rear panels off for any repairs, in a race situation, maybe the front. If the rear panels have to drop in a race, I've got bigger problems- I'll at least have a good seat to view the rest of the race...tow my ass back to main pits when it's over, lol. But frankly if I was building a dedicated full time race truck, the entire build would be substantially different. That's just a bucket list check I intend to make in the next year or so. This truck will be an all around achiever. Street, trail, race. I can say I'm getting alot of enjoyment out of building it, and I'm certain I will get just as much out of the performance of it. I'm really excited to see the difference in trailing arm science/tuning versus axle mounted shocks, especially on southeast trails. (Got my fox DSC adjusters in this week, will be putting a base shim in the shocks soon...) Sent from my SM-G925R4 using Tapatalk
