Fuel pump flange

Building a fuel tank and wanting to run a Chevy in tank pump. However, I haven't had any luck finding a bolt or weld on flange to thread the pump in to. Does anyone know where I could find one if they are made?

Here's what I did




Only recommendation is to use rivnuts that are capped or what ever. I get some fuel weeping through the bolts
