Today we were turned on to this forum by some guys from Walker Co. Alabama. They'd showed me some pics of their vehicle burning and requested some Cold Fire extinguishers for their ride. So, with looking at this forum we decided to talk a bit about the product. Cold Fire extinguishers are secondary extinguishers with a primary use. They will not replace an extinguisher in a building that is existing. They are more of a "personal safety" tool. The agent is liquid based, 100% non toxic and plant based. It cools metal on contact and puts out fire, neutralizes fuel to prevent re-ignition, etc. Units are self refillable via air valve like a tire that is built into the head of the extinguisher. There are aerosol units available as well. Cold Fire not only puts out fires but it works great on burns for skin and sunburn too. it simply dissipates the heat and decreases the chance of blister. Not FDA approved but it works.
