Busted knuckle offroad
Swaybars:
They are made from the finest materials available creating 30%-40% higher ultimate tensil strength surpasing 4340 and 300m. The bars are machined to tollerance then precision ground and splined for a perfect fit. Each bar is coated with an orange powdercoat to eliminate rust pitting that can lead to bar failure in an uncoated bar. The highest quaility ARP bolts are used on all PAC swaybar products.
Link Arm:
The 100 series PAC Racing Link arms are seriously sweet. They are machined from a solid billet piece of 1018 steel with pocketed bodies for weight savings. Stress analisis revieled the weak point in the swaybar assembly is the single shear link arm points, so PAC machined a pocket into the arm that accepts a 3/4" Spherical Bearing and a double shear clevis.
Anodized Billet Aluminum Swaybar Clevis:
These sexy little beasts right here will break your neck from gawking. Anodized orange Billet aluminum and strong as it gets. Engineering stress analysis shows these clevis ends are able to take the long term abuse your swaybar will throw at them. They feature an integrated steel threaded insert to make installation simple.
PAC .250" wide Swaybar Shoulder Bushing:
These Nylon Bushings go inside of a piece of tubing. The swaybar is installed riding on these bushings for tight, squeek free operation.
