A lift</p><p>2. Bathroom in the back corner (Plumbing is stubbed in already)</p><p>3. Lean-to on the side for additional storage</p><p>4. Possible storage loft in the back right corner</p><p>5. Wood burning stove (Need to check with insurance first)</p><p>6. Need to spread gravel 5-10ft all the way around it and build a gravel driveway to it.</p><p>7. Profit?</p></blockquote><p></p>
