[QUOTE="Derek12v, post: 582860, member: 7419"] I found the breaking point of the 16 spline Ouversons in my front axle and then found the breaking point of a stock universal joint in my rear axle with 2" Ouverson shafts on Showtime at Choccolocco. Bought a set of Violator joints to put in the 2" shafts and a 16 spline replacement for the front. When the rear u-joint broke, it was violent enough to explode the seal housing and put about 30 thousands of bend in my inner 2" shaft. I was able to get it back within about 5 thousands by cold bending it in a press. Had to go to roughly 300 thousands of bend before the shaft would straighten up.
