He wanted a custom look and huge performance but with the reliability, ease-of-use, and affordability of off-the-shelf parts. We love projects like this one, because its possible for just about any 4x4 enthusiasts to create a vehicle like this using our <a href="http://"http://www.wideopendesign.com"" target="_blank">store.

So we started with our production series <a href="http://"http://www.wideopendesign.com/Product/11686/WOD-TJ-Jeep-Chassis.aspx"" target="_blank">Wide Open Design TJ Jeep, Tube Chassis. What is so great about this is that it has the custom design y'all like with the convenience of being able to build on it yourself. With easy maintenance and assembly, this rig will have all of benefits and performance of the components on a race/trail buggy, but have the comfort and layout of a TJ Jeep body. Its really a great off-road platform and is built to give you guys the ultimate performance while maintaining the TJ Jeep look.
