Small group ride at Wooly’s. Had a Sami buggy on 39’s, @The Luke 1-ton on XJ on 43’s, @Markrobinson 1-ton Pathfinder on 40’s, and a S10 truggy. S10 broke some bolts on the transfer case to transmission mount. 100 yards later sheered all the bolts off the steering to the frame and ratchet strapped it back together at 10 degrees of steering. 100 yards later slowly flopped over on the passenger side. Limped it back to the trailer and had some lunch. Went back out to run some more trails that were really dug out. @Markrobinson ended up taking out the passenger front window and mirror and drivers side taillight. @The Luke flopped it over on my side to test out the harnesses, spit out a coil spring, and eventually ended up poking a hole in a gas line. Made it back to the parking area and got loaded up. Was cool to check out Wooly’s again after not being there since 2012, but the trails are definitely overgrown, had several trees down, and minimal signage to mark trails. That said, would like to go back sometime and check out the other side of the park since we only checked out the left side.
