And from what I saw, someone had gone through all of the electrical panels and water meter locations because they left everything open.

I haven't made it far enough to do an inspection yet, but when I met with the park manager he said most of the plumbing issues were with the fixtures (faucets and toilets).

I heard the new owner is getting it ready to migrate it over to a new platform. All of the old trails are still there but have had all the branches trimmed off of them to look different and each one has a box on it where you can tell them if you like that trail or not. It will still be called GMP however the logo will be just different enough not to step on the toes of the local GMP faithful. Folks are still unsure if the new owner will put signs up on the trails but they are pretty sure he doesn't know much about the trails as he seems to be a noob to the off roading world but he does have a Honda Mule which is quite similar to a Can Am Rzr

Nobody knows, MattO has not disclosed who he sold it to. He said the owners will find out as soon as it is all final.
