BKORP is for sale

So Cash Money LeCroy posted this video this morning of him ripping around a short course. Looking at the background the house and barn looks like BKORP, did they buy it? Is it going to reopen?

This would be like hearing Mountainside was opening back up. Can't stress enough how much I hope it does.

Sadly the person who purchased it has no interest in ever having a public event again and I can't say I blame him. That place is beautiful and allowing the public in there just showed how no one can clean up after themselves...

I know after rbd that place was left trashed. It's stupid what people do. We ended up picking up our neighbors trash because they left a pile of beer cans. And them ****s were only there Saturday.

Doubt it would pan out and work, but there is some solution to this, I just may not be the one who can come up with it.

But maybe something like a security deposit for folks who camp..when you leave, you area is inspected. If it's clean the security is released/refunded. If not, you dont get the deposit back.

Maybe sign a release/memo of understanding as you enter the park/pay entry.

It all sounds like more work than anyone would want to invest these days.

When you sign the waiver at every park they usually have something in there about littering. I think AOP's says if you're caught you're gone for good. It's stupid people can't pick up **** when they leave. Or throw it in the trash cans. It amazes me at AOP that theres beer cans in a pile literally 10 feet from a trash can on race days.

They need to get a couple dozen roll off dumpsters. They could make some good money if they sold the scrap metal off that place.
We have a guy that comes by and empties the trash cans in the parking area. He gets the cans out. On big weekends we pay him a little extra because he comes by more often to make sure they stay empty. He has a bin up by the dumpsters for people to drop there cans/or scrap in. I went up on the mountain and emptied those cans Sunday. I just put the bags by his bin so he could get all of those cans. And yes Karen kitchen bags has really helped with trash on the mountain.
