Treps vs SX Sticky

little example of the SX stickies. stupid slick cement wall. tires were at 9psi (we were racing earlier that day) and you can see at the end that the traction came from just the shoulders of the tires.

I've watched the treps do the same thing and never seen reds up it (most people don't run reds around here). non stickies can't touch it without a huge running start and still struggle

I was so unprepared for this trip I didnt even check until we were there and had no way to add air if they were too low...I wasnt even supposed to come out, I literally stopped in on the way home from a mountain bike event where the buggy was being used as a yard ornament. Peer pressure got me! I had to borrow normal ass camping supplies from Andrew and Jessica to make it through haha

Front Driver - 7.5 PSI
Front Pass - 6 PSI
Rear Pass - 6 PSI
Rear Driver - < 5 PSI

I am expecting them to need more air as they break in. At least I would think so. They flexed really well on rocks, but didnt flop over with normal driving...which I think is a good thing.

Are you still running them ? How are they doing trying to decide treps or sx right now on a jeep weighing in at around 5k

still running them, still loving them.

they are both honestly good tires in their own right. The trep is absolutely stickier (sticky...not just soft) than the SX and anyone who tells you differently is a mouthbreathing idiot. The SX is tougher and better for just bashing your way through trails. Up to you which one you are looking for.
