2nd pic- random practice peices. that AL. is .060" thick, zero suckback, or burnthrough. It would pass at boeing :fawkdancesmiley: little spare steel tab is 1/4"

TIG welded this up tonight:

Those welds are pretty boys. But how do they work under extreme useage and abuse, Ive found out over the years that good looks dont get you every thing. Dam close tho.:kissmybutt:
