Kia sportage sas w vortec

That is awesome. I think it will be worth it. Walking out of the woods sucks.:awesomework:

Fo sho :D thanks for noticing that would definately suck to repair on the trail. Its alot better do do it now and not take chances later.

Lookin forward to it!

Bitchen rig man, Unique for sure

Thanks Bunk.

Well Im heading back out to the shop to bend some more tube. its too damn hot in here.

Here are a few more pics. I got the rear bumper all welded up the other day and got the flapper disc after it :D started bending some tube I got both rear lower fender bars done & tacked. they kinda look retarded by themselves but I think they will tie in good. welded a 1 1/4" slug to the rear bumper for the up and over tube an have 1 bend left for the drivers side. when I bought my tubing apparently they had .095 wall sitting in the .120 wall spot cause somehow I ended up with 3 sticks of .095 :booo: so now Im going to run outa steel again hopefully I will have enough of the .120 to get both upper cab bars done but i dont think so.

I got the upper bar on one side of it and bent the other side up and tacked on and bent the tube for the other side then the sun came out so I took it out for some sun. It looks happy to be out of the shop. Hopefully it rains tomorrow so I can work on it some more. I think I need to invest in a 7" clr die for bodies like this its too bubbly for the tighter bends but its working I guess.

Looks waaay cool!!! One question though....just how tall is this thing???:redneck:

82" roof height. the more tube I throw at it the lower it gets tho :D I might have to put curb feelers on it by the time Im done :eeek: Oh and 82 doesnt count the CB antenna :redneck:

Well I got some mo tube on it today. that right side was a bitch but its done now. I havent welded any uppers besides the winshield bar cause I ran outa gas on the welder so if they look kinda weird its cause they are just sitting up there I didnt want to get everything squared up and have the damn cat climb up and have to re-do it. I might bend up another center bar its poking up a little but we will see.
