me and my lil bro are trying to redo his nissan here is a few pics of what we have done so far. its not show truck or nothing but maybe it will turn out decent. i am using shcedule 40
1 1/4 pipe which actually measures 1 3/4 od so i think it will be strong enough with alot of support bars. we only have a lil harbor frieght 12 ton bender it gets the job done. i figured i would put some pics of it up so everyone can tell us what they would have done instead :flipgotcha: so check it and see what yall think

this is what we came up with to hold the coil springs in which it is the lift block from the leaf spring suspension (homemade loller.gif) with these plates and square tubing to bolt and hold spring centered i hope. we are now out of metal so i will try to get a few more pics in a couple days when we go back to the metal mart :spin:

I was woderin if yall was gonna put that mochine on a DIET or not molaugh

Damn thing did climb pretty good before too ;D

Keep us updated.

just got done with the upper spring mounts and here is the completed lower mounting device maybe they will work and not fling outa ther. and a couple more random pics. we are gonna stay with the trucks factory wheel base of 120 i think im gonna be able to get the lower 4 link bars to be lower than drive shaft so mabye he wont have the same problem of the drive shaft hittin anything.

Yall need to run a bent piece of toobin / and or make a truss from side to side thats tied into the sides of them spring towers on that axle :dblthumb:

Hell just build up the truss all the way across the entire axle,it needs one anyway, then them "BLOCKS" wont spit out

;D
