Ideas for mounting a bender

How have you mounted your manual benders without putting anchors in the shop floor? Ive got to put another truck and a tractor in there when I'm not working on my rig so I can't have it in a fixed position. My first thought was to pour a small concrete slab outside but I do most of my work at night so lighting would be an issue.

Put female type anchors then all you do is unbolt the bender and move it out of the way! Leaves four threaded holes for next time you need to use it.

I didn't know they made them like that but I will look into it. Thanks

works great just unbolted mine a few days ago from shop floor and still can move anything over the holes with no problem

You may want to run the bolts back in them so trash doesn't get in them .

That's a good idea. Could probably cut some bolts off and slot them to run down flush with a flat head screwdriver.

That should work perfect.

The females work great, the base is the only issue, if it's going to be small make sure to use 3 or 4 anchors. One of my buddies has had his like this for 12 years with no issue.

Yea it helps if they ponytails you can grab hold to when you bend em over, but some of the chicks Ive known aren,t even fun to be around when their on a bender

I've had better results since I upgraded to the bend-her over model 2 with hydraulics :****:

Cut a hole in the concrete, then concrete in a reciever hitch flush with the floor

We used a hitch mount for the truck when we were in college that worked great.

I did the same in college.

This is way I did mine....Except no notcher on it.

(Depends on if you want to convert it over like this one and mine.)
