I walked between a cow and her calf one morning around daylight on accident. My fat ass trying to zig zag across the pasture in coveralls, knee high rubber boots, back pack, and rifle would have been a great video. She eventually stepped in a hole and fell down so I had enough time to make it up the tree

hell ya! speaking my language now! I would try to band the bull calfs in the field, and yep, been "GOT" a buncha times. Them ol' cows may be the nicest friendlyiest thing until you come between them and their baby, then its ON!

Trying to bend, punch, or shear small pieces I've nearly gotten mauled by the ironworker, but other than that not really. Not a danger pic, but some funny **** at work nonetheless-

One of our engines blocking for another engine at an accident on I 20.

Drunk driver slammed into the back if it. No injuries but this happens more than you would think. It happens enough that we have SOP that states two units respond on the interstates one to manage the scene and one to block.

It isn't a race Glen!

I will play. The first picture is a fully involved structure fire it had been knocked down a little bit before the medic took that picture, second is me on the front porch of that same house, Third is just a little car fire.

Have you ever had a dream where you were falling and it woke you up? Try sleeping on grates like these and wake up looking over a thousand feet down!

Yes I have slept on several towers. Sometimes during rigging changes or antenna tuning you could sit and wait for hours with nothing to do...before smart phones.

Almost forgot this one.... It hurt just a little bit

Looks quite fun! how'd you manage that one?

Fingers don't fit between two steel rollers! When I pulled my glove off my finger tip came with it. I've shattered my wrist, bad cuts, really bad motorcycle wreck but a crushed finger was by far the worst pain I have ever felt. :****:
