Mine caught on fire also but looks like gauges and a few wires is all it got. Most of the flames was gas and vapors.

That boy has worked hard for the win. Your buggy would have a hard time getting down that hill it is in my yard with no axles. :****: Was great seeing old friends and meeting new ones had a great weekend. Been home about an hour photos and videos already getting uploaded as I type.

Man that was a bad one. By the time I got up there they had everyone out so I moved that brute parked next too you. I could feel the heat from there.

Did y'all see how fast Millers fire extinguisher put out that fire? After several regular extinguishers failed that thing worked like a champ!
After reading some info seems like most people including myself need to upgrade probably one if the most important items in a rig. I think
Millers was a Halon unit. What's the best to get? Glad everyone got out safe.

That's a buddy of mine running to the flames in that pic. First on scene with an extinguisher.

Real glad that thing was stopped before it got any worse. Fire is some scary ****.

I sprayed it with mine but it just kept the flames back long enough for me to get my belts off and get out.

Did anyone get video of mason and miles rolling on vnotch?

There is a video on Facebook floating around. what was the damage report on the JK after that?

Tailgate pushed in/rear passenger corner. killed the hood, broke alternator but not the bracket, cracked the throttle body. Intake is probably fine. Add on cage seemed to hold up pretty well.
We told him to go driver! lol :flipoff1:

I'm one of Miller's crew, that extinguisher was just a regular unit we get from lowes or walmart usually. We always check to make sure they are fully charged and the mounts are lubed but they're nothing special. Glad it did the trick, those flames were huge.

It was great to meet everyone down there, you guys know how to put on an event! We all had a blast and hopefully we can make it down again next year!

Time for a quick nap then head back to the shop to see just how hard that red clay is to clean off lol.

You might never want to come back after that....
