Yall know I can't spell or wright a complet sentence :dunno: deal with it I've been cutting my tabs for years by hand . Tryed to deal with people on cutting them but they all wanted to cut 10, 000 not 50 (I don't have aney money) So here is what I come up with .an this is not an original idea by no means I have around$200 in it as it sets. I had some of the aluminum already an it is not finish still need to build a permanent table . All I need out of a tab is that it be the same size as the one next to it I can polish it an I don't want to pay to much for them .like I said still a work in progress but it will give the people who wants their own an idea to start

Looks good George, my only suggestion is.....make me 12 tabs each of every variety of tab.

What kind of rollers are you using? Setup looks good. I was going to do something similar before I ran across the deal of a lifetime on my 4'x10' Torchmate. The tracer is good for a few but you don't want to sit there and do 50.
Now I can crank out multiple thinkness tabs all in one setup. If anyone needs any give me a yell. I'm more than reasonable.

the rollers the roller bearings are just linear rails I bought off ebay bay i give 200 bucks for them the little table works great. I don't need to cut 50 tabs at one time I just need to cut what I need and then roll the little table back in the corner. It takes about 5 minutes to set up I've got multiple patterns now and overall I'm extremely happy with it .if I had bought a cnc I would have had to cut people tabs just to pay for it .

Rails from ebay, end from circle cutter an build something to raise an lower , make something to trace with , an build a table.

Slick idea!! How are you holding the tab you are tracing? Just wondering if a magnet under the table would help?
